With Forge Super installed, the button above opens the app on this extension, where you press Install. Nothing is installed until you do.

You can also open the Extensions panel in the app and search for TLA+. The extension's id is tla-plus.

TLA+ for Zed

TLA+ and PlusCal syntax support for the Zed editor.

TLA+ / PlusCal (.tla)

  • Syntax highlighting for TLA+ keywords, PlusCal constructs, operators, literals, and comments
  • Code outline and symbol navigation (modules, operators, functions, theorems, assumptions, constants, variables, PlusCal algorithms/processes/procedures/macros)
  • Bracket matching and auto-closing ((), [], {}, << >>, (* *), "")
  • Indentation support and code folding
  • Line comments (\\*) and block comments ((* *))

TLC Configuration (.cfg)

  • Syntax highlighting for all TLC directives, constant definitions, literals, and comments

Installation

  1. Open Zed
  2. Open the extensions panel (Ctrl+Shift+X / Cmd+Shift+X)
  3. Search for "TLA+"
  4. Click Install
