With Forge Super installed, the button above opens the app on this extension, where you press Install. Nothing is installed until you do.
You can also open the Extensions panel in the app and search for shapels. The extension's id is shapels.

shapels zed extension
Extension for the PyTorch language server shapels.
The only heavy-lifting here is to localize the shapels binary from user settings or the
$PATH or try to downlaoded from the latest GitHub release.
