With Forge Super installed, the button above opens the app on this extension, where you press Install. Nothing is installed until you do.
You can also open the Extensions panel in the app and search for Modelfile. The extension's id is modelfile.

Modelfile Zed Extension
This is a Zed extension for Ollama's Modelfile syntax.
This makes use of tree-sitter-modelfile for the grammar.
Functionality
The scope of this extension currently is to provide syntax highlighting for Modelfiles.
