With Forge Super installed, the button above opens the app on this extension, where you press Install. Nothing is installed until you do.
You can also open the Extensions panel in the app and search for Make. The extension's id is make.

Development
Use Zed's extensions manager (zed: extensions) to add this as a dev extension and reload it when you've edited on disk. It'll compile the grammar correctly for you then.
