With Forge Super installed, the button above opens the app on this extension, where you press Install. Nothing is installed until you do.
You can also open the Extensions panel in the app and search for Csound Zed Support. The extension's id is csound.

Csound Zed Support
This Zed extension provides syntax highlighting, indentation, code folding, and parsing support for Csound 7.
It also includes autocompletion for opcodes and functions, automatically generated by parsing the official Csound manual.
