With Forge Super installed, the button above opens the app on this extension, where you press Install. Nothing is installed until you do.

You can also open the Extensions panel in the app and search for codeSTACKr theme. The extension's id is codestackr.

codeSTACKr Theme for Zed

A deep, dark theme for Zed Editor with vibrant accent colors, based on the popular codeSTACKr VS Code theme by Jesse Hall.

Installation

  1. Download the codeSTACKr-zed.json file from this repository
  2. Place it in your Zed themes directory:
    • Windows: %APPDATA%\Zed\themes\codeSTACKr-zed.json
    • macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Zed/themes/codeSTACKr-zed.json
    • Linux: ~/.config/Zed/themes/codeSTACKr-zed.json
  3. Restart Zed
  4. Select the theme in Zed:
    • Open Settings
    • Go to Themes
    • Select "codeSTACKr Zed" from the dropdown

  • Deep, dark blue background (#09131b) that's easy on the eyes
  • Vibrant accent colors for improved readability
  • Special attention to syntax highlighting for common languages
  • Distinctive orange accent (#FF652F) for buttons and active elements
  • Italic styling for comments and keywords
