How to install
With Forge Super installed, the button above opens the app on this extension, where you press Install. Nothing is installed until you do.
You can also open the Extensions panel in the app and search for Adwaita Pastel Theme. The extension's id is adwaita-pastel.

Installation
Hopefully this theme gets added to the official Zed themes, in which case you should be able to just install it as an extension.
Until then, download the repo and use the zed: install dev extension command to install it in Zed.
